Comments: The quality was good until we got on site and the rental company (Premier Rental) did not have a record of the lift ski tickets we purchased. They did not have them so we had to waste time the next morning to find them. They had us go to the Sun Valley lodge and they didn't have them either...long story short we finally got them after wasting time. One person in our group chose not to ski after wasting the morning snow...I expected a refund on his ticket and called In Idaho and left a message but never heard back from anyone. I got referred to someone other than Crystal...I think a Kathy or something.
