Description

Greyhawk offers two and three bedroom units just a stones' throw from the lifts. All have fireplaces and mountain views. Amenities include heated seasonal pool, sauna and on-site laundry facilities.

"Location best feature, less than 5 minute walk to Warm Springs lodge/lift. I liked the open floor plan. Outdoor pool was nice in the winter. 3 bathrooms, great. DO bring the room key to the pool, it's not included on the pool key ring, though there are 4 keys on it. We got locked out and it was not easy to get help to get back in. I think if all 6 beds are filled for adults, that it will be a tight squeeze. Only concern was that with only 3 adults (and 2 toddlers), we took up the recliner and sofa, if we were a little spread out...6 adults wouldn't have good resting area to watch TV/DVD. That is the trade off for the more floor space. Also, if traveling with toddlers/babies, I recommend that you double check directly with the condo, that they are set up for you--they weren't for us. General Location:  The Greyhawk Condominiums are located in Warm Springs about 1 block to the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts and close to apres ski spots. The free KART bus service stops nearby and provides service to all areas of the resort.

Some notes about amenities

Pets:Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
