Description
This superior 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps up to 8 guests and has 1,500 square feet. It is located at the end of the complex on the second floor. There is a full kitchen and dining area and the furnishings and accessories are very tasteful and offer a warm, fresh ambience. The living area is filled with light and afternoon sunshine, and the plush comfy sofa sleeper faces the fireplace for relaxed cozy evenings. There is a 27-inch TV/DVD, CD player and surround sound system. There is a sitting area off the second bedroom with a sofa sleeper, 32 inch flat screen HDTV and BluRay DVD player and a wine bar complete with a wine cooler. There is a free standing gas fireplace and access to the large deck off this room. Both bedrooms have queen beds and their own baths. A large balcony can be accessed from the living room as well which offers a gas BBQ grill and table and chairs. This unit also offers two portable air conditioners and private wireless internet access.
There are two ceiling fans in this unit also. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats two. The condo has a private washer/dryer. An elevator provides easy access to unit from parking garage. The owner of this condo offers guests the use of YMCA pass cards.

Unit 18 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)
