Description

This Indian Springs unit is very bright and open. You will enjoy 1,000 square feet duplex is in the heart of the Elkhorn Villager and at the base of the Elkhorn lift on Sun Valley’s Dollar Mountain Ski Resort. It has a country feel with antiques and nice decorator touches. The unit is on two levels,. The living room, kitchen dining area and one bedroom with a King bed and bath is on entry level. The gas started fireplace adds ambiance to living room as well as the vaulted ceiling with windows, and sliding glass door onto a sunny deck. Upstairs the master bedroom has an attached bath with a Queen size bed and a Flat Screen TV. The other bedroom has two twin beds. There is a stacking washer and dryer, flat screen TV in the living room, DVD Player, wireless internet and the kitchen is fully equipped.

Unit 2444 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 25% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $50 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. Does not accept Discover. $50.00 cancel fee at anytime. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
