Description
This remodeled, 700sq foot corner unit is located on the ground floor with quality furnishings and accessories. It offers comfortable accommodations, and is centrally located near River Run, with easy access to biking, hiking, rollerblading, skiing and downtown Ketchum.
From the moment that you walk into the condo you are greeted by the brightness and cheeriness of the unit. The living room is fully furnished with a river rock gas fireplace, unobstructed views of Baldy and a built in entertainment center with TV. There is a large deck off the dining room, which provides expansive mountain views. The dining table seats 4 and there is additional seating for 2 more at the kitchen counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and everything that you need to cook up a great meal. The bedroom offers a queen bed, TV, and its own sink. There is a large set of bunk beds in an alcove that provides extra sleeping room. The clubhouse with a seasonal pool and year-round hot tub are just out the front door and across the parking lot.

Unit 111 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
