This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.
The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] will be charged to the credit card on file.

Description
This split level two-bedroom condominium has common areas upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Recently refurbished two bedrooms, 2-bath condo located right in the heart of Elkhorn with views of the golf course.
There are 2 TV's, DVD, VCR, stereo, CD, microwave, full size washer/dryer, and a gas log fireplace. A new extended deck has recently been added along with new deck furniture. New electric baseboard heat has recently been added along with new mattresses, linens and bed coverings. This unit has been completely repainted.
Elkhorn amenities are included. This is a smoke free property and a pet may be considered with owner approval and additional refundable deposit.

Bedroom 2: 2 Twins or King, Uses full bath in hall.

Dining Room:
The rectangular, wooden dining table seats six comfortably.
Living Room:
The living room seating, oriented around the wood burning fireplace, has two comfortable couches and oversized lounge chair. The decorating is contemporary and clean. There is a 30-inch TV with VCR/DVD and an excellent stereo system.

Unit 2682 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
