Description
This upscale two level ground floor condominium is a perfect, cozy spot for two couples or a family of six. The décor is focused on comfort and warmth. The well appointed sofa and loveseat face the river rock wood-burning fireplace in the living room and sliding glass doors lead out to a large rear deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The tile entryway leads to the open kitchen and breakfast nook areas. Sleeping areas include king and bunk beds and two full bathrooms creating separate, private areas for guests. Underground parking is available a short walk away. This unit has been rated "gold" by the management company.

The Summit "Cottage" is attached to the Summit complex; it is very private and surrounded by landscaping open views, right next to a tennis court. The Elkhorn Resort Golf course and swimming pools are within walking distance at the resort and about a mile to The Harker Center, which both offer amenities to Summit Cottage guests. The cottage offers indoor sauna on the second level next to the master bedroom bath ensuite.. A KART bus stop very close to this unit and provides free shuttle service to Ketchum, Sun Valley and Warm Springs.

Unit 2806 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)
