Description

Very standard, rather dated three bedroom, two bathroom townhouse located on the edge of Ketchum. There is a queen-size bed in the master sharing a bath, which includes a Jacuzzi tub, with the second bedroom which has four bunk beds. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and full bathroom. The living room has a Franklin fireplace and dining for six. Appointments include a TV, VCR, stereo/CD, M/W, D/W, and stackable washer/dryer. This is a non-smoking property. The unit has access to Sun Valley amenities.

"Val de Sol is a small condo development tucked away behind the forest service building and the Catholic church. It is a perfect location, right on the bike path to Sun Valley, and right on the edge of town within walking distance of most everything. Unit was great, no complaints. Unit 26 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
