Description

This one level, ground floor entry unit is nicely decorated in an outdoor theme. The living room has a gas start wood-burning fireplace and a nice balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and a bathroom attached. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be bridged to a king and a bathroom across the hallway. The kitchen has new kitchen cabinets and a nice dining room table which will comfortably seat four. This unit has been rated "A" by the management company.

"Beautifully decorated and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. Not only was the unit very clean, it was homey and nicely decorated. 4 people are the max for this unit. The only downside was that at the end of a day skiing it was impossible for all 4 people to take a hot shower. Hot water ran out after two people. Not a big problem, it just required a bit of planning. We were disappointed that the Bluff's hot tub was not very hot, just warm at 100 degrees. All in all it was great and we would definitely stay here again. " Michael, San Antonio, TX. 5 out of 5

Unit 4048 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit due at booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival or 60 days prior for Christmas holiday reservations. $100 cancellation fee if cancelled at any time. If cancelled outside of 45 days prior, deposit if fully refundable minus the $100 cancel fee. If cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival full balance is non-refundable. All reservations have a one time 8% resort fee. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
