Description
The Snowstars, completed in winter of 1999, offer deluxe accommodations in a select location for winter and summertime fun. This three-bedroom condominium looks out over Bald Mountain. Smartly decorated, this condo has a front deck, living room fireplace and large kitchen. The comfort, style and custom design touches of this clean and light Snowstar will please the sensibilities of any Sun Valley guest.
Snowstars are located as close as you can get to River Run lifts and an easy walk to downtown Ketchum. Underground parking & elevator, two outdoor hot tubs, work-out room. Natural gas radiant heat, Washer / Dryer, Gas log fireplace, Engineered soundproofing. Proximity to like accommodations allows larger traveling parties to be immediately adjacent to each other.

Unit 16 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)
