CSA Damage Fee

This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.
The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] will be charged to the credit card on file.

Description
This ground floor, three level, 1,000 square foot condominium has three bedrooms and three full baths and is nicely decorated. The main level has a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer in a closet across from the kitchen, which is fully equipped for meal preparation. The living room has two reclining leather couches, a wood fireplace and entertainment system and there is a dining area with bench seating as well. A large, very pleasant deck has furnishings and a BBQ grill, allowing guests to enjoy the cool summer evenings and beautiful landscaping.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with a king size bed and a full private bath. The second guest room on the middle floor has twin beds and a second full bath is in the hallway between. Upstairs is a loft bedroom with a king size bed and a balcony with views of Bald Mountain. The unit has wireless Internet service and an indoor closet where skis can be stored.
Full Sun Valley amenities with use of year-round heated pools, jacuzzi and sauna plus tennis and golf at guest cost are included and this unit is also convenient to all the bus routes.

Unit 1373 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
