Description

This 2 story 1800 sq. foot townhome offers furnished private decks w/gas BBQ on each floor and Teton Mountain Range views. The master bedroom has a queen bed and jacuzzi jetted tub in the master bath, the 2nd bedroom has a queen bed, and the 3rd bedroom has a twin bed plus a twin/full bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher and granite counter tops plus an eating bar and dining room table that seats 8 people.
The living room has leather sofas, hardwoood floors and a propane flame fireplace. Enjoy Dish satellite TV with DVD/VCR in the living room. All the bedrooms have a TV. This townhome is easily accessed off Ski Hill Road in the new Aspen Pointe Development. The South side deck off of the dining area is just steps from Teton Creek. There is laundry and a 2 car heated garage, this rental does not have a phone.

Unit 299 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
At booking a $300 deposit is taken for reservations totaling under $1000, a $500 deposit is taken for reservations totaling over $1000. Deposit is non-refundable. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival at which point entire balance is forfeited. If guest is renting more than 1 property, each property will be charged a separate deposit. Where applicable, $50 per stay for 1 pet, or $75 for two. $100 booking keeping fee for cancellations. Reservation changes will be assessed a $50 fee (per change).  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
