Description
This second level interior condominium is comfortable furnished and conveniently located to the elevator, pool and courtyard. The Christophe is a three building, three-level condominium complex built in 1988. It is centered around a courtyard and 4-season, outdoor pool. Each condominium is individually owned and furnished to the owner's preferences.
Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the living room and dining area. There is a microwave and a dishwasher
Dining Room:
The dining table will comfortably seat four.
Living Room:
The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa and easy chairs. There is a gas log fireplace and a 32-inch TV with DVD.
This unit has been rated "silver" by the management company.
All two bedroom units can be locked down to a one bedroom unit. The management company does not start releasing the units as one bedrooms until 14 days prior to the arrival date.

Unit 705 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)
