Description

This beautiful single level, top floor residence near the elevator provides wonderful Bald Mountain and south-facing views from both the living room deck and the master bedroom deck. This unit has mountain décor complete with log furniture in all the bedrooms and you'll find wireless high-speed internet access as well as a flat panel TV/DVD for your entertainment.

The living room is oriented around a gas log fireplace and the wall mounted 27" flat panel TV with DVD and MP3 players along with beautiful baldy mountain views from the deck which faces SW and has a gas BBQ for casual dining. The CD stereo is located adjacent to the dining room which is just off the living room. The dining area seats 6 and the full-size U shaped kitchen is fully equipped for the avid chef.

The master bedroom also has SW views from the deck, a king size log bed, 13"TV/DVD/CD player, a clock radio and a full en-suite bath with double vanity, stone tile floors and a sunken jetted tub.

The second bedroom is located just off the hall and adjacent to the full bath and comes with a queen Log bed and 13" TV. This bed and bath are not en suite.

The den has log bunk beds with a twin on the top and a double on the bottom. This room has a nice log desk and uses the full bath across the hall.

All bedrooms including the den have double closets.
There is a stackable washer/dryer located in the hall closet across from the kitchen. This unit has high ceilings and big windows for great light in the main living area and master bedroom.

This unit has easy elevator access from the underground parking garage. It has been rated "gold" by the management company.

Unit 23 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities

Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
