Description

These units are both three bedrooms with spacious living area with sleeper sofa, TV, VCR, phone, and gas fireplace. Each unit has a garage on the 1st level with entrance and mud room. 2nd level has 1 bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed. Also on the 2nd level there is a fully equipped open and beautiful kitchen with a dining room and picture window. 3rd level has the master bedroom with queen bed and its own bathroom with shower and large bath tub. All units are non-smoking & no Pets, large fees apply to non-compliance. Approx 1400 sq. ft. Approx half mile walk or drive to ski hill, and we recommend driving as the walk back would be uphill.

Both duplex units were just remodeled in Fall 2015.

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
1st nights lodging taken at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival and 45 days prior to arrival for holidays. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations occur outside of 30/45 days. Within 30/45 days of arrival the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
