This condominium is one of the closest units you can get to the River Run Day Lodge-you can see the lodge and lifts from the south-facing deck. This unit had a partial remodel in December of 2006 to include new carpet, paint, stone tile in the entryway, kitchen and baths. There is high speed internet with the wires provided to plug in your laptop. The condominium is entered through a second floor entry at the rear of the building providing privacy. There is a ski locker outside the door and for summer guests the deck overlooks the outdoor pool and has fabulous views and is located right off the bike path.
The living room has a 40" flat screen TV/DVD/VCR, mini-stereo with CD/cassette player, gas fireplace, two sliding glass doors that lead to the deck that has great views of Bald mountain, a charcoal BBQ and a table and chairs. There is a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room and the dining area seats 4 which is open to the well stocked kitchen.
The Master bedroom is located off the living room and has a Queen bed, 40" flat scree TV/VCR and a full en-suite bath that is also accessible off the kitchen.
The loft is a short flight upstairs where there is a separate bedroom with a Queen bed, double closet, 2 clock radios and shutters that can open for a view of the living room downstairs and an en-suite bath with shower. This bath opens to a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The laundry room leads to another room with 2 twin beds, double closet and a ceiling fan.
This unit is attractive and has a nicely coordinated mountain décor. Two couples or a family will be quite comfortable as the unit will sleep 6.
