This plan covers unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that occur during your stay, provided they are disclosed to management prior to check-out.
The policy will pay a maximum benefit of $3,000. Any damages that exceed [Policy Limit] will be charged to the credit card on file.

Description
This unit is located on the second floor and is on two levels. It has a lava rock wood-burning fireplace, beige woven wall with plush beige carpets with sage/salmon décor for the furniture and white wainscoting. Steep stairs to the second level. Fabulous views of the complex.
The Master bedroom is located on the main floor and has a queen-sized bed with Salmon bedding. The second bedroom is located on the main floor and has two twins that can be bridged upon request by the guest with mauve colored spread and walls. Third bedroom is located on the second floor and has a queen-sized bed with white bedding and printed walls and ceiling.
Master bathroom is private and located on the first floor. The second bathroom is located in the second bedroom and the third bathroom is located in the hallway shared with the second bedroom and rest of the living area.
This unit has a fully equipped kitchen providing all the gadgets a good cook needs to prepare a dinner at home, including a microwave and a dishwasher.

Unit 607 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
25% deposit due at booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival or 60 days prior for Christmas holiday reservations. $100 cancellation fee if cancelled at any time. If cancelled outside of 45 days prior, deposit if fully refundable minus the $100 cancel fee. If cancelled 45 days or less prior to arrival full balance is non-refundable. All reservations have a one time 8% resort fee. (May vary with specials & packages)
