Description
This three level condominium offers a comfortably furnished home in a beautiful, grassy setting walking distance to the Sun Valley ice rink and other facilties. The bed configuration offers flexibility for couples or families with children. The ground level deck is equipped with a gas barbeque and looks over the ponds and streams which meander through the Dollar Meadows complex. The downstairs provides the living room & kitchen areas, with the bedrooms above. Skiers will appreciate the indoor ski storage and heated boot locker. This unit has been rated "silver" by the management company.

Unit 1382 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)
