Description

Just steps away from the Sun Valley Lodge and Ice Rink, this updated and bright unit is on the second floor of the Custer Building in the Cottonwoods. It offers beautiful furnishings with a gas fireplace in the living room, dining area and full kitchen. This unit has 1 bedroom with a king bed, living room sofa sleeper and a full bathroom. This unit has great views and lots of sunshine. Enjoy the private deck with barbeque that overlooks the pond. This unit has use of all the Sun Valley amenities including hot pools, sauna and exercise facility.

Unit 1412 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 25% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $50 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. Does not accept Discover. $50.00 cancel fee at anytime. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
