Adjacent to the living area there is a dining table that seats six comfortably. The fully equipped kitchen area has plenty of counter space for cooking and there is a stackable washer/dryer in a closet by the kitchen for your convenience. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The first bedroom offers a queen bed and 32-inch mounted TV with BluRay DVD. The second bedroom has two twin beds that are bridgeable to a king and 32-inch mounted TV with BluRay DVD. These two bedrooms share a bathroom. On the second floor you will find the master bedroom with a King bed, 32-inch flatscreen TV with BluRay DVD and ensuite bathroom with heated floors. This unit also offers a small deck at the front entrance to the condo with a gas grill for the summer months. You can easily walk to all of the Sun Valley amenities from this condo. You can hop on the bike path and ride to town as well. There are lockers at the base of the mountain for ski and boot storage so you can hop on the free shuttle in front of the complex to get over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with wonderful scenery to enjoy as you walk or bike. The path is groomed for Nordic Skiing in the winter and provides access to ski to the lifts.
