The condo has an understated privacy to it because of its location above the creek on the corner lower level. The living room has comfortable seating with a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV and a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Across from the living room is a bedroom with a Full bed and shared bath with a tub/shower combination. The kitchen and dining areas are open to the living room; the dining table seats 4 and the kitchen counter seats two more with the bar stools. The kitchen has been fully refurbished with new appliances, granite counter tops and all the amenities for cooking. There is a full sized stackable washer/dryer in the laundry room off the kitchen. The Master bedroom is quite large with a separate seating area that has a desk and access to the outdoor patio. The Master is en-suite with a tub/shower combination and his and her sinks. There is a Queen bed, flat screen TV; a very comfortable Master and lots of room. The Condo is very tastefully decorated in a contemporary style, clean and uncluttered. There is a storage closet outside the front door for ski storage in the winter. This is a great condo for the price and for the views of Baldy and the creek.
