Description

This ski in/ski out 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath condo features great views of the Village and ski slopes on Schweitzer. With 1700 sq. ft. the cozy feel of this condo makes it great for your ski vacation. The kitchen is open to the dining area seating 8 and living room with plenty of room to relax. The living room features a large sectional sofa and flat screen TV with DVD player.

The master bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and full attached bath. The second bedroom features a set of twin bunk beds and a ladder loft with a Queen bed. The third bedroom has another set of twin bunk beds and shares an upstairs full bathroom.

This condo also features a 2 car garage, private deck with propane grill, ski and boot storage, washer and dryer, and best of all ski in/ski out access to Schweitzer. A ski bridge takes you to the Chapel trail and the Musical Chairs ski lift.

Free Wi-Fi is available at the Village as well as having access o the heated pool and hot tubs at the Selkirk Lodge from 9am until 11pm.

Unit 301 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
1st nights lodging taken at booking, balance due 30 days prior to arrival and 45 days prior to arrival for holidays. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellations occur outside of 30/45 days. Within 30/45 days of arrival the full amount of the reservation is non-refundable. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
