Description
This nicely appointed 3 bedroom, 3 bath townhome is conveniently located in West Ketchum only minutes from downtown and a short 5-10 minute walk to the River Run Lifts. The main bike path through town connects the townhome to town and the Lifts. You are also close to the bus stop if you would rather ride than walk.
You enter the townhome on the main level with open concept kitchen, living room, and dining area with seating for 8. There is access to the back deck with BBQ, small sitting area and lovely views of the Aspen trees.
The upstairs has two bedrooms: the master with a King bed, stone fireplace, and sitting area with attached private bath. Across the hall is a great kids room with Double size bunk beds, a daybed with trundle and an attached bathroom.
The lower level has a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and a separate full bathroom. There is also access to the garage, laundry area and private hot tub from this level.
This unit also features wireless internet, 4 TV's with DVD players and stereo, private hot tub, gas BBQ and is in a great location with easy access to the bike path.

Unit J General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
