Damage Protection Fee

This fee will cover accidental damages to the home up to $2000.00. If the damage exceeds $2000.00, the guest understands and agrees they are responsible for the balance over this set amount. Please report any damage you may find as you will be responsible for any damage that have not been reported prior to your arrival. ADW does not cover intentional damage, abuse, theft, excessive cleaning or pest infestation caused by a guest. The ADW is non-refundable even if the reservation is cancelled.
Description
This unit has cathedral ceilings and floor to ceiling glass windows with views of the ski area and surrounding mountains. The upstairs master suite has a full bath with deep soaker tub, tiled shower, dual sinks. A full bath is located on the main level giving this home two baths. The fully-equipped kitchen, dining room and living room are all on the main level. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and the home has WIFI and cable TV. There is also a washer/dryer in the home and living room has gas fireplace. An outdoor balcony lets you enjoy the fresh mountain air. Outdoor heated pool opens Memorial Day weekend and will be open daily for the summer through Labor Day. The fitness center and his/her steam rooms are available daily. Guest pass is $8.00 to use the fitness center during your stay. The outdoor hot tub and pool is open seasonally and is complimentary to our guests to use.

Unit 404A General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Studio condos require a 1nt deposit at time of booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If xcled outside of 45 days prior guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. 1, 2 and 3 Bdrm condos will be charged a 1nt deposit + $39 ADW fee at booking. If xcled outside of 45 days prior, guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee & $39 ADW fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. For all other homes & townhomes, guest will be charged a $200 deposit plus non-refundable ADW fee when the reservation is confirmed. Final balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Guest is given a 24 hour grace period to cancel their reservation without any penalties, except the ADW damage fee. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival are considered 100% non-refundable with no grace period. (May vary with specials & packages)
