Description

This unit can sleep up to 8 people (layout can vary by unit). The condo features a cozy gas fireplace, full kitchen with all the necessities, laundry room, spacious living room, dining room, 2 separate bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. The living room and master bedroom both have TV's. This unit also features WiFi Internet access as well as a second floor balcony with scenic views of the surrounding mountains.

There is a mile long walking trail that can be accessed very close to the condo as well as the unit being situated only 8 miles from Grand Targhee Resort and still close to downtown Driggs.

Unit 212 - Bannock General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
We require a deposit at the time of booking of a one night stay plus tax. If you cancel outside of 30 days, we refund the initial advance deposit less a $25.00 cancellation fee. We do process FULL payment 30 days prior to arrival. If you cancel within 30 days and before 14 days, we refund the FULL amount less the initial advance deposit. In the unlikely event you need to cancel within 14 days, you forfeit the entire amount.  (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
