Description

This is a cottage as part of the Whitewater Goldenbar area of Tamarack Resort. This home is located in a prime area off the main chairlift with limited homes around it and a sunny open meadow. Main level of the home has the kitchen, living, dining, walkout to deck and hot tub and the master bedroom suite. Living room has flat screen TV with DVD player. Master bedroom suite has a king bed, deep soaker tub, tiled shower, washer/dryer as well as a walk out to the deck and hot tub. It also has a flat screen TV and DVD player. Upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with full bath and flat screen TV with DVD player. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. One car detached garage is available for guests to use. Outside deck has hot tub, furniture and grill. Home is equipped with WIFI.

Unit 123 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
Studio condos require a 1nt deposit at time of booking. Full balance due 45 days prior to arrival. If xcled outside of 45 days prior guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. 1, 2 and 3 Bdrm condos will be charged a 1nt deposit + $39 ADW fee at booking. If xcled outside of 45 days prior, guest will forfeit a $75 admin fee & $39 ADW fee, if xcled within 45 days prior guest will forfeit full amount. For all other homes & townhomes, guest will be charged a $200 deposit plus non-refundable ADW fee when the reservation is confirmed. Final balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival. Guest is given a 24 hour grace period to cancel their reservation without any penalties, except the ADW damage fee. Bookings made within 45 days of arrival are considered 100% non-refundable with no grace period. (May vary with specials & packages)

Properties marked as having the 7th night free are based on paid nights. Not all properties participate or allow more than 1 free night per reservation. It may or may not be able to be used in conjunction with other specials. Ask your reservationist.

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.
