Description

This condominium is located creekside and also very close to the pool and tennis areas of the Prospector complex. Views of the creek are afforded from all windows and from the front deck. The living room, kitchen and dining area are downstairs, with the bedrooms and baths upstairs and loft above. Decor and amenities are focused on family comfort. There is a small weber charcoal barbeque availailable for guest use. This unit has been rated "silver" by the management company.

"Reasonable accommodations by the creek and within walking distance of the Warm Springs chairlift. Cleaning fee a bit steep for short stays, but oh well. If you divide the cost between 5-6 people, entirely reasonable for the location." Joshua 4 out of 5

Unit 157 General Policies:

Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)

Some notes about amenities
Pets: Pets are only allowed in units marked as pet friendly and only with notice to InIdaho at time of reservation.  Pets may require an additional fee and may only be allowed in specific units.  Undeclared pets are subject to extra charges and possible eviction from unit without refund.

Air conditioning:  Most vacation rentals in Idaho do not have air conditioning.  Even on warm days, mountain properties generally enjoy cool evening temperatures so air conditioning is not the "norm".  If air conditioning is not listed in the amenities list, the unit does not have air conditioning.   Generally, it is best to close all windows and shades during the hot days, and then open windows in evening when it cools off.

All amenities are always subject to change without notice and are not guaranteed.
Please note that amenities such as hot tubs and pools are especially susceptible to closure for maintenance.  While we understand that our customers often choose a property based on amenities, we can not offer any discounts or refunds based on an amenity not being available during your stay.
