Description
This unique Wildflower condo is more than 2700 square feet, occuping the entire top floor of the building. The condo has been completely rebuilt, with an architect's great attention to detail, into a one-of-a kind unit.
The great room boasts impressive Cathedral ceilings and a river rock fireplace. The sliding glass door opens out to a balcony overlooking Sun Valley. A large kitchen in the center of the condo, with stools pulled up to its surrounding counters, makes this a great area for entertaining.
The master suite is 750 square feet of privacy in the west wing. The stunning view of Bald Mountain and Dollar Mountain can be enjoyed from your private balcony or as you wake up. There is plenty of room to relax by the private river rock fireplace or in the huge continental bathroom with Kohler steeping tub. There is a giant walk-in-closet, a private kitchenette, a washer and dryer and separate shower & double sinks.
The other two bedrooms on the main level both have their own balconies. One bedroom has a set of twin beds that can be bridged to make a king, and a private full bath. The other bedroom has a queen bed and continental bathroom.
An open staircase from the great room takes you to a private mezzanine bedroom and bathroom. This roomy little retreat has windows overlooking Sun Valley lodge, and a comfy little chaise lounge for reading and relaxation.
There is wireless internet throughout the condo, as well as a fax machine with its own dedicated line. Phones are in every room and a top of the line stereo system (B&O) with remote-controlled speakers brings full sound to the entire condo.
Located just a 1 block from the Sun Valley Inn, and 2 blocks from the Sun Valley Lodge, you have access to everything the resort has to offer - shopping, restaurants, movies, and the bus to Ketchum, as well as full use of the Sun Valley amenities, including the year-round heated pools, Jacuzzi and sauna, plus tennis and golf at guest cost.
To help maintain the beauty of this property, we are not able to permit smoking or pets.

Unit 617-20 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
