Second floor 1,179 sq. ft. condo with wonderful views of Baldy has 2 bedrooms plus den with double sofa sleeper and 2 baths and furnished in a Pottery Barn décor. Living, dining and kitchen area are open, bright and sunny.
The master bedroom has a queen with its own bath and the guest bedroom has two twins that share a bath that doubles as a powder room.
There are 2 flat screen TV's with DVD and VCR console, stereo, MW, WD, covered parking, 2 hot tubs on the premise and workout facility. This is a smoke free property and sorry, no pets are allowed

Unit 13 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rate plus entire clean/resort fee of 8% is due at the time of booking and final payment is due no later than forty five (45) days prior to the arrival date or sixty (60) days prior to arrival where Holiday Rates or home rental applies. Cancellations made forty five (45) days or less prior to arrival will be charged for the full amount of the reservation including a $150 cancel fee. Cancellations made forty six (46) or more days prior to arrival will be charged an amount equivalent to 18% of the total rent and a $150 cancel fee. There will be no refunds for early departures or late arrivals. Holiday dates and private home rentals should guest cancel within 60 days prior to arrival, are non-refundable and subject to 100% cancellation fee and $150 cancel fee. The management company requires that all reservations include a non-refundable clean/resort fee of 8% plus tax. (May vary with specials & packages)
