Description
This tastefully remodeled ground floor studio condo is situated on a corner allowing plenty of light. It was recently remodeled adding new furnishings, granite counters in the kitchen, flat screen TV, and washer/dryer in the bathroom area. There is a Queen bed as well as a sofa bed for additional sleeping space if needed. This condo has access to the Sun Valley Resort Amenities including outdoor heated pools, Olympic-size swimming pool, tennis courts, etc. The bus stop is only 2 blocks away, providing accessibility to anywhere around Sun Valley and Ketchum for free. This unit also has a lockable storage space next to it for guest's convenience. This unit is rated an "A" by the property management company.

Unit 1001 General Policies:
Cancellation/Deposit Policy:
A 30% deposit is required when the reservation is booked; the full balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made for any reason more than 45 days from arrival will be refunded all but $200.00 of deposit. Cancellations for any reason received within 45 days of arrival will forfeit the entire payment. There are no refunds for early departure. $25 early check-in fee. Add a $50.00 extra person fee if number of guests exceeds max occupancy. All Deluxe Properties have a 90 day prior full payment non refundable policy. (May vary with specials & packages)
